Terms of sale and website use

These terms apply to kapwinder.com, Kapwinder purchases, downloads, and the customer license portal.

Purchases

Kapwinder is sold as a one-time perpetual license. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and processes payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and refunds. Pricing and currency are shown before you confirm payment.

License delivery

The license key is delivered to the email entered at checkout. You are responsible for entering an accurate email and keeping the key private. Software use is also governed by the EULA.

Refunds

Eligible purchases may be refunded within 14 days under the refund policy. Refunded licenses are disabled.

Website and portal use

Do not interfere with the website, probe it for vulnerabilities, access another customer’s account, automate abusive requests, or use it for an unlawful purpose. We may restrict access needed to protect customers or the service.

Availability and changes

We may change the website, integrations, and download infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively and will be posted with a new date.
