You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original Kapwinder purchase.

How to request a refund

Use the refund link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or email support@kapwinder.com from the purchase email. Include the order number and a short explanation so we can identify recurring problems.

What happens after a refund

A full refund disables the license key and ends the right to use Kapwinder. Remove the app from activated Macs after the refund is confirmed. Bank processing times are controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.

Exceptions required by law

This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply in your location.
